Michael Bloom

Michael received his Bachelors of Science from Ohio State University and his Masters in Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve University.  

He’s provided training and consulting for educational and non-profit organizations for over 20 years.  He has published several articles pertaining to school improvement, educational technologies, grant writing, and strategic planning.

His skills in organizational management derives from his experience in executive positions for various entities including: New Directions for Living, Tucson Youth Development, Ace Charter High School, Lake County Educational Service Center, Garfield Heights Community Center, and Greenlee Employment and Training.

As an accomplished grant writer he has generated over $12,000,000 in new funding.  He has provided educational technology training for schools throughout Ohio and Arizona and has delivered hundreds of workshops in areas of organizational development and strategic planning.

He’s a member of AFP, the National Association of Fundraising Professionals. He won a presidential award for excellence by developing a new business incubator and technology center through funds provided by the U.S. Department of Labor.  He was also the technology coordinator of the year for Northeast Ohio in 2005.

Michael is married, has two daughters, and enjoys world traveling, golf, physical fitness, and life-long learning.
